Einstein Recommended Connections

Show your sales teams which colleagues have the strongest connection to a prospect. for example, “based on emails and meetings they had together”, and the strength of that relationship based on communication frequency. The idea is that users can get in touch with colleagues who can help get conversations going with prospects.

Einstein Email Insight

Einstein Email Insights is a helpful tool for salespeople. It shows them important information while they’re looking at their emails so that they can respond to customers more effectively and at the right moment. You can use standard insight and can create custom insights.

Einstein Activity Metrics (Activity 360)

Activity Metrics fields show a summary of sales activities that were added to Salesforce manually and by Einstein Activity Capture. Most of the fields are available to Einstein Activity Capture users after Activity Metrics is turned on.

Some of the Fields:

First Call Date,First Email Date,Last Email Sent Date etc 

Einstein Conversation Insights

Automated Call Transcription,Summary & Insights: Automatically transcribes recorded voice and video calls, highlighting key moments like objections, pricing, and next steps. Einstein Forecasting for Sales Forecasting & Performance Insights

Einstein Forecasting uses data science and machine learning to predict how much your sales teams will sell at the end of a forecasting period. Einstein analyzes your team’s past opportunities to create a predictive model. The criteria used in the analysis includes the opportunities and related account’s record details, history, and related activities. Information about the opportunity’s owner, such as yearly win rates, is also used to calculate the score.
